Healthy Solutions 101 is a nutrition and weight loss solutions company serving Santa Cruz and the surrounding areas. The company is led by Terri Oberto, a state certified clinical nutritional consultant, biofeedback consultant and personal trainer who can create a range of custom health solutions and plans for each client. Oberto specializes in cancer issues and can help with many other problems, including weight management issues, allergies, blood sugar, anorexia and more.
Body and Soul Yoga Studio is available for classes offering a variety of disciplines, or you can rent it to hold your own class, or other compatible event. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings in the old foundry, nicely refurbished inside with soft colors and high ceilings. Class times vary with each instructor. A nice way to relax after your session could be to visit the tea room at the rear of the Iron Works, where both are located. There are special drop-in rates, and series rates available.
