The Training Room in Avon is not your typical gym. Free of most traditional gym equipment, it uses Kettle Ball training, medicine balls, sand bags, dumbbells and body weight movements. Group training is emphasized, but highly recommended after mastering the one-on-one programs. Members must be prepared and motivated to work hard to get the results they desire. Call or stop by for class schedules or to speak to a trainer to set up a program.
Located at the rapidly growing Monroe Center loft space, this beautiful facility offers many training options for local Pilates enthusiasts. It's a hidden gem, as one could easily walk past the loft door on the fifth floor. Make sure to get here early if you'd like to do a Pilates class, as it is limited to the first eight walk-ins only. Discounts are available if you buy sessions or classes in bulk.
