Established in 1980, Books In Motion is engaged in publishing, recording and marketing unabridged audio books. Located at Spokane Valley, Wash., it serves as a phonograph recording studio. It works on a variety of categories in books, including action/adventure, classics, fantasy, thriller/horror, mysteries and general/science fiction. Additionally, it also markets audio books on topics, such as romance, historical, non-fiction, self help, western, parts department, Americana and humor. Books In Motion also provides digital downloading and audio samples for its customers. The company won the 2011 Spur award.
