Our unique alternative to typical yoga or fitness classes help students reach their weight loss and fitness goals. Our instructors are vigorously trained and each of the exercises they teach have been approved by medical consultants. Our workouts help students receive maximum results and slim down no matter their fitness level, age or body type. Each workout consists of an hour of non-impact total body exercises including a warm-up, free weight exercises, and leg and abdominal barre fitness moves. Most students burn between 250-600 calories each class and can even continue to burn additional calories post workout.
Our gym offers a serene and welcoming environment for your workout. Our high-end 2,000 square foot facility features a workout studio and a full size locker room with showers. Some even say that our studio feels more like a spa than a fitness center. We offer over 34 classes each week and each class is taught by one of our 7 certified instructors.
