Sam's Bar and Restaurant has been a staple in the East Hampton community for more than 60 years. Founded in 2007 Springs Pizza is home of the Spiro Hero, a foot-and-a-half long monster sandwich. In addition to all kinds of pizza, deep dish, thin crust, specialty and grandma pizza, it also offers hot and cold heroes, Italian dinners, gyros, burgers, salads and appetizers like corn fritters, mozzarella sticks and Buffalo wings. You can dine in or take-out, and there's outdoor and indoor seating available. Delivery is available starting in October 2010.
Locally owned and operated since 1978, Fierro's Pizza is an East Hampton institution. Located right off of Newtown Lane on Park Place, this popular spot is buzzing with residents and tourists alike, especially during the vacation season. Although Jon Fierro sold the shop in 2008, you'll still find him running the show from behind the counter. If you don't have the energy to stop by for a slice or pick up your pie, Fierro's Pizza delivers within a five-mile radius.
The popular Serafina restaurant of Manhattan opened a location on North Main Street in East Hampton in May 2010. Easily recognizable by its bright yellow outside umbrellas and cool ambiance, Serafina is quickly becoming a favorite East Hampton restaurant. From the modern bar diners can watch the chefs making Serafina's signature pizzas in the pizza oven. The restaurant also serves up fresh pastas, a variety of pastas, vegetarian options, and homemade desserts.
