Located in the Starbucks shopping center, La Focaccia is a gourmet eatery that features classic Italian homemade soups, salads, appetizers, pastas, side dishes and speciality items. Its entrees include veal, poultry, seafood, heros, paninis and wraps. The 15 different types of pizza it serves include chicken, Texan, crispino, veggie and La Focaccia's own house special. Homemade ricotta cheesecake and cannoli's round out the selections.
Not only is this a cafe, it's also the worldwide headquarters of Sbarro, a publicly traded company (SBO), with over 330 million dollars in sales.
It was started in Brooklyn, where in 1956, it sold a slice of pizza and a soda for 75 cents. Its brands also include Mama Sbarro and Carmela's of Brooklyn. Sbarro's authentic Italian fare includes pizza, pasta, salads, entrees and desserts.

Pizza, rolls, wraps, heros, soups, salads and appetizers are also available. Victor's serves both dinner and lunch portions and offers delivery to offices and homes in the area. It also has platters and catering for all occasions.
