Pacific Christian Center is a church whose members believe God created all people to live a good blessed life. They feel that faith is something to live by, not just talk about. They believe that the Bible is the only infallible, authoritative written word of God and that Jesus Christ in his virgin birth and sinless life did many miracles and after he was crucified on the cross, came back to life and was resurrected to heaven to be with the Father and that some day he will return and this is called the second coming. They believe in the rapture that will take place before God's final judgment on earth.  Members feel a personal acceptance of Jesus Christ as the only savior, and they are baptized by immersion in water. The church motto is "we're thriving, not just surviving."

Known as the Mormon Church, this church was founded in 1820 by a simple man named Joseph Smith after he prayed to "our father in heaven." From its humble beginnings in upstate New York, it became a worldwide church led by the prophets of God who serve as Presidents of the church. Their basic beliefs are that God is your Father in Heaven and that he knows everyone personally as Jesus Christ is the Son of God and following his life and teachings is the only way to peace and happiness. God sent his Son, Jesus Christ to earth and he lived a perfect, sinless life. He established his church, taught the gospel and performed many miracles and still, he was rejected. Following his death, people drifted away and as a result God withdrew his authority to direct the church that Jesus has established. Joseph Smith is the prophet that God called upon to reestablish the church that Jesus Christ had established and this restoration of the church is found in the Book of Mormon.
