Formerly known as Rancho Bernardo Baptist Church, LifeBridge hosts regular services and Sunday School programs for children. It is a member of Converge worldwide, an international Christian network.
Penasquitos Lutheran Church offers members a large number of ministries and groups, including bible study, youth groups, knitting groups and choir. The church offers different types of services every Saturday and Sunday, including contemporary, traditional, casual and Korean services.
Grace Point Church is a place of worship and charity for the Carmel Valley community. It hosts Sunday services, ministries for men, women, college students, teens, students and children, life group, Bible study and support groups, as well as a number of events, including a trip to Israel. It is led by Pastor Bob Johnson.
Saint Therese of Carmel offers spiritual guidance and services for the community. It conducts daily Masses, sacraments, liturgical ministries, Bible study, healing prayer ministry, Elijah Cup Ministry, community support and charity. The church is led by the Rev. Nicholas Dempsey.
The Church at Rancho Bernardo has grown exponentially since it first opened in 1990. Founded in a living room by two Christian couples, it soon expanded to a school, and now operates out of an expansive building on Bernardo Plaza Court, where the church is home to more than 2,000 members. The ministry focuses on improving the lives and spirituality of church members. Church leaders say, "Our desire is that The Church at Rancho Bernardo be an environment that offers friendship and encouragement, as well as personal and spiritual growth."
