St. Luke's Children Center is in historic downtown Summerville on a sprawling campus. It is a division of St. Luke's Lutheran Church. The center offers both a full- (7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) and half-day (9 a.m. - noon) programs with curriculums designed for their specific age level. Student to teacher ratios vary from grade level but they are currently broken down as follows:

It operates on a rolling enrollment schedule and offers a flexible tuition payment plan with options to pay either annually, quarterly, monthly or bi-monthly. Admission is based on available space.
Knightsville United Methodist Church holds regular services, as well as holiday services, conducts youth programs, Bible study and other group meetings for the community.
Established in 1898, St John The Beloved Catholic Church has weaved its abundant life within Summerville's history. St John was the first brick structure in Summerville. The Awana Club meets on Wednesdays from 6:45pm - 8:30pm. First Emmanuel welcomes all visitors. Missions, choir and bible study are part of the fellowship.
Word Ministries Christian Center is run by Dr. George Hamilton. It has a number of outreach ministries, including local ministries and global ministries. Also, it runs Rhema Bible College.

Grace Lutheran Church has many worship opportunities as well as a strong outreach program. They have a Sunday School program, as well as an adult bible study program. In addition to this, they have numerous fellowship events, including a family night.

The SonRise Christian Fellowship Church is a non-denominational church that welcomes members of any or no congregation into its services in an effort to spread the word of Christian teachings. There are several women's based ministries as well as several youth and choir ministries. Service starts at 10am on Sundays.
St. George's Episcopal Church has a history of more than 35 years in Summerville and a congregation of 300 members. The church is headed by Father Rick Luoni. It offers small group programs, Sunday School, services, Cursillo and pastoral care.
