Some obstacles are developmental, while others are more situational. Some obstacles are heartbreaking and seemingly never-ending: depression, divorce, anxiety, infidelity, chronic stress, pornography, marital conflict, school, grief and loss, unemployment, uncontrolled anger, and low sexual desire and intimacy.
