Nando's Peri-Peri is an Afro-Portuguese restaurant, specializing in chicken. The two-story restaurant seats 140 partons. The made-to-order chicken is marinated for 24 hours with Peri-Peri sauce, grilled over an open fire, basted in the customer's choice of lemon and herb or hot sauce and then served in a Portuguese roll, toasted pita or wrap.
