Learning Tree Preschool is a non-profit organization and rents out its classrooms from St. Paul's Church and is directly across the street from North Elementary School. With several teachers on staff, the preschool offers classes for children 2 to 5 years old. There is a large, fenced-in outdoor play area for the children.
Purple Moose Enrichment Preschool is located inside the education wing of St. Mary's Episcopal Church. Its preschool services are for ages two through five, and it has seven staff members dedicated to the children. There is an outdoor play area and toys for the children. It is DCFS-certified and part of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce.
