The Silver Spring Campus of Grace Episcopal Day School (there is also a Connecticut Avenue location in Kensington) provides small classes with a focus on creativity, self-confidence and community service. Evergreen School is a Montessori school offering toddler, primary and elementary school programs. The toddler program is designed for children 2 to 3 years old and is a place for them to develop their motor and social skills as well as independence. The primary program is a mixed aged program for children over age three. It offers an environment where children choose their own activities and learn at an individualized pace.
