The company s sales force speaks Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Located in Elk Grove Village, Ill., it supplies first-generation ethnic restaurant owners throughout Chicago. True World Foods Chicago is headquartered in New Jersey and delivers sushi quality seafood to more than 2,000 restaurants in the United States.
