Founded in 1971, Warner Christian Academy serves more than 500 students in grades kindergarten through 12. The academy s volunteers provide service in the libraries, classrooms and offices. It has a counseling and guidance department for students, parents and teachers. The academy also offers graduate and mentorship programs. Additionally, it offers sports activities, such as tennis, football, soccer, basketball, golf and baseball. Warner Christian Academy is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International. The academy s library provides resources, such as books, journals and magazines and Internet access. Its student government association called the Council of Eagles plans school spirit weeks and homecoming festivities. Warner Christian Academy is located in South Daytona, Fla.
