Little Sprouts has provided North Andover and the surrounding communities with early education and child care since 1982. Saint Michael School PTO is volunteer organization dedicated to increasing the social and financial well-being of the Saint Michael School. It raises funds for the school and develops an interactive community of parents, teachers, administrators and students and hosts events such as auctions, Christmas concerts, uniform exchanges and mini golf tournaments.
The New England Montessori School is located inside the First United Methodist Church. As a Montessori school implementing the Montessori Method — named after educator and healer Dr. Maria Montessori — the preschool focuses on very small class size and individualized education and exploration.
Community Cooperative Preschool offers education with an emphasis on parental involvement. Parents participate on a rotating basis, assisting teachers with classes. Parents also manage the school's business by serving on its board. The school is located on the grounds of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, but the school only rents the space from the church and is otherwise unaffiliated with it.
