Membership has exploded, requiring expansion in 2009 to include a Catasauqua campus. The most recent excitement involved groundbreaking early in 2010 on an additional campus. Site completion is expected in December 2012. Completion will bring the number of campuses to three.
With its rich history and striking architecture, Asbury United Methodist Church rises triumphantly along Springhouse Road and Walbert Avenue. At its current location, the church grew and grew, from less than 400 members to more than 1,500 today, requiring two expansions. The church offers a nursery school, ministries and many outreach programs.
