SHARE - Community Action Partnership is a nonprofit. It seeks to help low and moderate-income residents to become self-sufficient or to become independent of public and charitable assistance. Programs may include assistance with utility bills to child and family services to support education, emotional, social and physical well being.
Windsor Academy Child Development Center creates a comfortable learning environment for children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten. It incorporates structured learning, outdoor play and field trips in a program focused on enhancing each child's growth experience. A variety of after-school programs are offered, which include homework help, games, snacks and more.

Living Springs Lutheran Church offers three weekly services: one “come as you are service” on Saturday and two on Sunday morning. It also offers Sunday chool.
