Located in Grayslake, Ill., the Westlake Christian Academy offers educational services to students in kindergarten through grade 12. Established in1972, the academy offers a Christ-centered curriculum that focuses on the spiritual, academic, and social development of students. It conducts classes in math, algebra, literature and composition, physical and life science, world geography, and American history and the constitution. The academy also provides lessons in Bible, Spanish and physical education. It maintains a gymnasium and playing fields ands conducts various sports events, such as basketball, volleyball and cheerleading. The Westlake Christian Academy also offers food services to students. It staffs subject teachers, custodians, aide, music teachers and physical educators.
