Willow Rock Center is an adolescent psychiatric health facility located in San Leandro. The center was created to treat Alameda County adolescents who experience high stress levels and would benefit from a structured and safe environment. The center's structure has three main components: 23-hour crisis response service, acute inpatient services and outpatient services to help transition individuals back to the community.
