Founded in 1978, Seven Counties Services is a private, nonprofit corporation that offers a range of health care services. The corporation provides planning, prevention, treatment and support services in the areas of mental health and alcohol, as well as drug use and abuse. It offers a range of community-based outpatient services and programs to people with developmental disabilities. The corporation serves individuals, families and businesses in Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble counties in Kentucky. Seven Counties Services is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Kentucky Mental Health Coalition, Mental Health Corporations of America and National Council for Community Behavioral Health Care. It maintains one of its locations in Shively, Ky.
