La Ca ada High School provides academic and technology education to students in grades seven through 12. The high school is located in La Ca ada, Calif., and enrolls more than 2,000 students. It emphasizes on character education, critical thinking, creative writing and communication skills. The school s curriculum includes English, mathematics, foreign languages, the United States history, science, social studies, and visual and performing arts. Additionally, La Ca ada High School provides advanced-placement and honors courses in English language and literature, physics, chemistry, biology, precalculus, statistics and environmental science. It also provides ACT and SAT preparation classes and advanced courses in computer applications. La Ca ada High School additionally organizes various extracurricular activities, such as music, band, theater, orchestra, photography and debate competitions.
