The owner has amassed a collection of over 2 million record albums. Many of them are from the earlier recordings when the record first appeared. The owner is looking for a single investor to purchase the entire collection because the albums contained in the warehouse show the complete history of the music recording industry. He has created River Music, where other collectors, historians and musicians may come and listen to a recording from the collection. This is a private office and is accessible by appointment only.
