San Bernardino Medical Group was founded in 1947 by a group of physicians who wanted to not only have an individual practice but have a group which could meet more of a patients medical needs. Mission Statement San Bernardino Medical Group, Inc, a multi specialty medical group, supports the Inland Empire area in the provision of comprehensive, appropriate ambulatory health care for adults and children in a safe, efficient, timely and cost effective manner. Care is given to every patient not only for the treatment of injury and sickness but also for the maintenance of health and prevention of illness. Currently we have 24 Physicians, an in house Lab, Radiology Department, and an independent Pharmacy. The Physicians are in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology and General Surgery.
