Crystal Lake's Metra station has four shelters, including a warming house where tickets can be purchased. The station also boasts a deluxe award-winning coffee shop, Trax Depot. Electronic parking tickets and an ATM are available, as well as public restrooms and a telephone. The train line runs all the way to the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago.
