Business Owner I have been in the Mortgage industry for over 25 years. I came from a retail background where customer service was always the most important thing. I found that the same rules applied when I got into the mortgage industry. When I opened Augusta Financial I knew that customer service was the most important thing when you are running a small business. So every person I hired goes through extensive training in customer service and their files are all audited to make sure they are giving the best options. With approximately 90 employees, I still originate loans because it is my passion and I love working with people to save them money and set them up for their future.
