Today we are taking Skypark to the next level with curbed and guttered streets as well as all underground utilities. Our short term plan involves single family homes where the golf course once was, and lake side homes. We will be looking into developing other types of homes in the future. Boat docks, marinas, and the new Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail (across Wilson Lake) are only minutes away as is downtown Florence. It has always been our purpose to provide affordable lake side and off shore housing without having too many homes as with other developments. The next major enhancement at SkyPark will be developing the former golf course property which will have many common areas. This will be followed by numerous other enhancements planned for the future. With Florence being a great retirement location and our resolve to make SkyPark a great place to live and play, makes this a great time to invest in a home or home site before the secret is out and the prices begin to skyrocket.
