As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I have gained the knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Im a 50+er myself, so its particularly important to me that we have competent Realtors who understand our needs, especially those which relate to our current stage of life and homeownership.
Im also a CDPE, or Certified Distressed Property Expert. This means that through special training, I have knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. I can help you explore your options which are available so that you can evaluate and choose the one best for your situation. If you decide to sell, I have had special training and successful experiences in doing short sales for homeowners in need.
