California Center Apartments is a complex that was built in the late 1960s. It has one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses. The two-bedroom apartments are available in either one bathroom or two bathroom townhouses. There is a pool on the premises for resident use.
Monte Bello Apartments were built in the 1980s and have 248 units. There are one-bedroom cottages available as well as two- and three-bedroom apartments. There is a community pool and a clubhouse, which includes a kitchen and sitting area. A fitness center is available for the residents as well as a BBQ and picnic area, vending machine, and spa.
