We are members of NARPM (the National Association of Residential Property Managers) as well as NAR (National Association of Realtors) and PPAR (Pikes Peak Association of Realtors). The classes we attend through these organizations provide us with situational training and insight to upcoming trends, legislative problems affecting real estate, and Fair Housing regulations.
