Mid Island Y JCC offers a range of sports facilities and entertainment services to individuals and families. It features a selection of health and physical fitness facilities, including playgrounds, gymnasiums, swimming pools, whirlpool and sauna and basketball courts. It offers general fitness programs that include group exercise classes, cardio fitness, yoga, cardio kickboxing and nutritional counseling.
