Ocean Village is located along North Coast Highway. It offers two- and three-bedroom units, along with penthouse suites, all with views of the ocean. The units come with HDTVs, washers and dryers within the unit, and complete kitchen amenities, along with granite countertops. Each unit has a fireplace, and the complex is only four blocks from the beach. Parking is garaged and entry is secured for the entire buildling. The suites also have a private elevator. Units can be bought or rented as vacation rentals.
