Esprit de Core Pilates Studio offers one-on-one sessions, duets and trios on the Pilates equipment, and group classes on the mat for optimal results. At Esprit de Core Pilates Studio we recognize that every student is unique and therefore requires an approach to Pilates training that is tailored to their condition and needs.The instructors at Esprit de Core specialize in applying the Pilates Method to enhance our students health and well-being – for rehabilitating an injury, for pre- and post-natal health, for specific sports performance (golf, tennis, running, cycling, skiing, riding, to name a few), for general strength and conditioning, and for the senior population to help improve the quality and functionality of daily living. We also offer in-home Pilates sessions for those who prefer not to, or are unable to leave their homes. At the studio, we predominantly work with clients in one-on-one or duet sessions, but do offer trios and group mat classes as well.
