Creekside Community Church is a covenant congregation which focuses on the word of God. Sunday services consist of worship through music, prayer and Bible teaching. The senior pastor here is John Bruce.
San Lorenzo Japanese Christian Church has a long and rich history. It belongs to the OMS Holiness Conference of North America and was established in 1929 due in large part to Kumaichiro Shinoda from Tottori Prefecture. The church has activities including Sunday services, youth and adult Bible study, and outreach to spread the Gospel.

Beth Sholom Pre-School is part of the Beth Sholom Synagogue located on Dolores Avenue. The pre-school accepts children ages 2 to 5. It has a capacity of 49 children.
Revelation Christian Fellowship touts itself as being a " life-changing church." In addition to Sunday services, there are midweek Bible studies, women's and men's group meetings and youth group meetings. Rev. Dwayne Wilson serves as senior pastor.
St. Leander Catholic Church is part of the Diocese of Oakland. It's located on Estudillo Avenue near the historic Peralta House. The original site for St. Leander Church was donated by José Joaquín Estudillo, the founder of San Leandro. The last home of Estudillo, built around 1850, is connected to the church. The existing church was built in 1957.
The church is lead by Father Paul Vassar.
St. Leander has a private Pre K through 8th grade school, which is connected to the church.
Founded in 1952, St. Felicitas is a Roman Catholic church, in the parish of The Roman Catholic Diocese of Oakland, CA. In order to best serve its diverse community of English, Spanish and Vietnamese speakers, services are offered in all three languages. St. Felicitas Parish also has an affiliated school just behind it, called St. Felicitas School.

Located on Macarthur Boulevard, Church of Christ of San Leandro is a Bible-guided church dedicated to spreading and sharing the message of Jesus Christ with the community. Parking is located in the back of the building on Lewis Avenue, and the AC Transit bus line 75 stops just steps from the sanctuary door.
East Bay Baptist Association was established 1956. It was a coming-together of the Golden Gate Baptist Association and the Contra Costa Baptist Association. It offers assistance to Baptist churches in the area by organizing conferences and other events.

As an Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) congregation, Epiphany Lutheran Church welcomes all people to its community of faith to learn together about God and experience His love every day.
