The Montrose Zion United Methodist Church is a large church located on North Cleveland Massillon Road in Akron. The church has a friendly and active congregation that takes part in many community outreach programs and gives donations to the Akron and surrounding communities. It also offers worship and church-related activities, including a music program, youth program, Bible studies and pre-school ministry programs.
This Orthodox Congregation was formed in 1915. Rabbi Mendy Sasonkin has been the spiritual leader of the synagogue since 1995. The synagogue offers faith education for children, active men's and women's groups and family Shabbat dinners.

St. Hilary Catholic Church is a Catholic parish that offers worship services and religious programs for its members. Sunday worship services are held at 7:30am, 9am, 11am and 5:30pm. Services are held during the week at 7am and 9:30am. Religious education is offered here for children in pre-school to the 8th grade.
