The congregation meets in a beautiful, late Victorian building in downtown East Greenwich. The Church is known in town for its very popular May Breakfast, a celebration of spring and good eats.

First Baptist Church regularly collaborates with other local religious organizations to provide food and care for those in need. The Church is also active beyond East Greenwich, sending a group from the parish on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic every other year.

Kittens & Cubs is a ministry of New Life Worship Center in Smithfield R.I. A Christian-based daycare and kindergarten, Kittens & Cubs operates at a maximum of 54 children at any given time. All teachers are held to the highest standards, ensuring excellence in care and learning. All staff personnel recieve continuous and age-appropriate training and are CP-certified and trained in first-aid. Children are taught their ABCs, 123s, shapes and colors through hands-on activities, storytelling, theme days, nature walks, zoo visits, puppets, play acting and more.
St. Luke's Episcopal Church is a large, vibrant parish with a long history. Founded in 1834, today the church features two services on Sunday, as well as morning prayer Tuesday through Thursday, and a healing service on Tuesday.
St. Luke's is known for its excellent music program. In addition to an adult choir and a handbell choir, the church has two children's choirs and is affiliated with the Royal School of Church Music.
There is a full church school, including the Journey to Adulthood program for teenagers. Every other year, a class makes a mission trip to the Dominican Republic.
In recent years, the church increased its adult offerings to include a men's group, a book group and a film group, among other offerings.
