St. Georges is a community or worshipers that extends its faith in action. All are welcome to join us at either of our two worship services and in all our ministries. In the words of our Interim Rector, Philip Wiehe: I want to welcome you to St. Georges Episcopal Church and hope that you will find our worship and our people to be representative of Gods unconditional love for all. All of us are on different paths in our vocation, family, and spiritual lives, and this parish is here to serve you regardless of where you may be. Our community of faith includes people of all ages, from all walks of life, and at different stages in their journeys of faith. We look forward to how your participation will further our desire to extend the love of God and the love of neighbor in the world. Worship is at the heart of what we do, and we are careful to remember that our worship is not an escape from life but rather it sends us into the world to bear witness to the work of God making all things new. As our Vision Statement proclaims, we gather for worship, service, and fellowship so that we can meet Christ in each other; pray earnestly; listen carefully; sing joyfully, all so that God can send us out to join boldly with the Spirit work in the world.
