Founded in 1921, St. Therese Congregation provides a variety of opportunities for fellowship and ministry, from choir to cooking with the kitchen crew. Mass is held Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday.

What began as a converted blacksmith shop on Milwaukee's south side in 1873, Saint Jacobi Church moved to its present location in 1979 when the present building was completed. It had also been located on Milwaukee's south side in the early 1900s and six miles southwest of its current location before settling at its present spot.
