Lincolnwood Elementary School is part of Evanston/Skokie School District 65. Lincolnwood teaches students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Students learn math, science and social studies, as well as physical education, music/band and art. Lincolnwood also has extracurricular activities such as baseball, basketball, flag football, track and tennis. It also has a variety of clubs, including chess club, Chinese club, computer club and cooking club. Parents can join the Lincolnwood PTA and attend regular meetings.

This nonprofit preschool has been serving Evanston for more than 50 years. There are three classrooms where they engage the children participate in a variety of activities to enhance their development.
The MidWest Montessori School is a training school for teachers who will be teaching at local Montessori schools. Since 1992, the MMS has been offering training and observation services to teachers interested in teaching within the Montessori system. Once training is finished the graduates can go on to teach.
