History
American Asphalt of Wisconsin was established as a division of Mathy Construction Company in 1974 and started asphalt paving work in the Merrill and Wausau areas. American Asphalt continued to grow under the locally managed leadership and currently has operations in Central and North Central Wisconsin.
The company was founded on the basic principles of hard work and commitment. This hard work is evident in providing excellence in product quality, placement and customer service.
Today, American Asphalt is headquartered in Mosinee, Wisconsin.
