We are responsible for developing the majority of the east bench of Pocatello, known as the Highland area. The Highland bench is held in high regard for its low crime, clean neighborhoods, and easy access to shopping and schools thanks in large part to a single developer taking interest in the area for over 70 years. In addition to numerous subdivisions and over 2, 000 developed lots, Satterfield Realty donated the 125 acres where the Highland Golf Course sits and worked closely with the school district in arranging Highland High School to be built next door.
