Red Gravy, a colorful and cozy brunch bistro, began as the dream of 10 year little Italian girl from Northern NJ. On the edge of the French Quarter, Red Gravy opened in November, 2010. My recipes have been handed down from my Mom, Grandmothers and Aunts. With the addition of some of my own unique recipes, youll surely find something for everyone and every taste. Some of our breakfast favorites are the Cannoli pancakes, polpetta omelet, or a traditional Italian continental breakfast. If you are in the mood for pasta, were pleased to tell you we hand make all our pasta, daily; so have some bolognese or carbonara or the humble Red Gravy with our world famous meatballs! If paninis or sliders are your thing, weve got plenty of variety to choose from. Red Gravy welcomes everyone to join us for some laughter, love and great food. Come and eat...I always make too much!
