Although the present ownership at Quick Rick's took over in 2007, this little shop has a long history in Wakefield. It was originally named the Whistle Stop after the whistle signal for lunch time at Wakefield's historic mills. Quick Rick's features New York System wieners, and serves both breakfast and lunch. All food is cooked to order. "You won't find any microwaved eggs here," says owner and operator Jessica Masci.
