Bistro Bethem has been serving Fredericksburg since 2004, offering a seasonal American menu with a Southern accent. The menu changes daily to ensure only the freshest ingredients are used. Owners Aby and Blake Bethem create a family-oriented environment where they host live performances from local musicians and display work by area artists, giving patrons a uniquely Fredericksburg experience.
In addition to fish and seafood, menu choices at Bada BBQ and Grill include Korean style rib steak, tongue and BBQ Pork, noodles and soup. Restaurant hours are 9 am to 9 pm seven days a week.
Allman's has served up pit-cooked barbecue in Fredericksburg for more than half a century. The little brick building opened in 1954 and has occupied the spot along Route 1 ever since.
Customers can eat at one of the tables or the counter inside the quaint restaurant or outside at a table or booth. Along with barbecue, Allman's is known for its milkshakes and serves burgers (including veggie burgers), grilled cheese sandwiches and hot dogs. It also has ribs and bulk orders. Allman's offers carryout and catering.
