Meet our Field Management Team Tom Kidd The Owner/President of Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc., Tom Kidd, graduated from Texas A&M in 1983 with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Tom has 20+ years in the home repair business and lives his life in line with the Aggie Code of Honor. He has set an example for his employees to consistently “Do the Right Thing” and has chosen that as his company’s motto. Tom Kidd is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach Mandatory Continuing Education classes to real estate agents about foundation repairs and how they can affect their closings. Keta Woods VP of Marketing, Keta Woods, has been with the company since 2006. She has been a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas for 23 plus years, and is certified with multiple accreditations. Keta is an active member of both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Texas Association of REALTORS®. She serves on numerous Real Estate committees throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Keta believes strongly in providing excellent customer service and building relationships for life. Robert Springstead Field Superintendent, Robert Springstead, joined the Structured Foundation Repair team in 2004. He has over 25 years experience in construction with 19 of those years in foundation repair. He has what may be an unmatched combination of knowledge of the causes of unwanted foundation movement and the practical application of addressing (repairing) that movement.
