Clarkstown Central School District, a public school system located in the Town of Clarkstown, has about 9,400 students who attend classes at 11 elementary schools, the Felix Festa Middle School complex in West Nyack, and Clarkstown High School North in New City and Clarkstown High School South in West Nyack.

Since coming to Clarkstown, Dr. Keller-Cogan has created a Department of Instruction and Professional Development to provide growth opportunities for teachers and all employees and created the Community Learning Center to provide educational opportunities to learners of all ages.

Keller-Cogan has established the Clarkstown Education Foundation, a non-profit organization created to fund innovative education programming to enhance existing opportunities for Clarkstown students.
