Heights Driving School offers in-classroom training as well as on-the-road, hand-ons driver training. Classes offered include remedial adult, teen, seniors and disabled. Rhapsody Music Studio is owned and operated by Ashley Baker, a Baldwin-Wallace graduate who has been instructing piano students since 2003. She has a teaching degree and has taught children from age 4 through adult in her home until she opened this studio in 2009. She is joined by two other instructors who also have studied music and taught for several years. They instruct pre-schoolers individually as well as group sessions, and also have time for adults. The studio is located in the lower level of The Cricket Center on Center Ridge Road.

Students may complete an associate degree or earn credits that will transfer to a four-year college at this campus location. Available programs include nursing, medical assisting and emergency medical technology.
Montessori Children's School was founded by Rita McElroy and a group of parents in 1971. It serves students age 2-9 years old. The school offers a Montessori program for toddlers, a pre-primary and extended day care program for children 3 years to 6 years old, and an elementary program. The school also has before and after school care.
Parkside Intermediate School is a public school for students grades 5 and 6. The principal is Mark Bregar, and the assistant principal is Jim Sanfilippo. It offers many electives and extra-curricular activities. The school is served by the Parkside Parent Teacher Association.

The center offers services to children with disabilities such as autism, cerberal palsy, Down syndrome and other developmental challenges. It specializes in early intervention in children from birth through age five, paying attention not just to the child but also to the child's family.
Services include child care, family support, therapy and autism programs.
Westshore Montessori School is a private early education institute for children 18 months old through kindergarten.
Programs include pre-primary classes, toddler classes, parent-toddler classes, before and after care, extended-day kindergarten and all-day community classes.
Fit by Five is a pre-school with classes for children ages 2 - 6 years old. During the summer, the school hosts camps in six different levels for kids through the first grade level.

That year, Joan, with a lifelong friend, Shirley Jeric, founded Creative Playrooms with just five children in attendance. Forty years later, Creative Playrooms has schools in Solon, Westlake, Strongsville, Parma, Stow and Independence in addition to its original Maple Heights location.
