The Overlake School is situated on a rural campus that used to be a private farm. Today, the school serves students in grades 5 through 12 and offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs, including several AP and honors classes. The Overlake School also provides select shuttle routes throughout the Eastside and to and from Seattle.

Louisa May Alcott Elementary is a public school within the Lake Washington School District. Alcott is one of five elementary schools in the district that offer a full-time advanced Quest program. The school's principal, James Spray, was principal at Benjamin Rush Elementary prior to starting work at Alcott in 2009.

Medina Academy is a private Muslim school that is located within the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center and leases space from the City of Redmond. The school serves children through sixth grade and offers a core curriculum of reading, writing, math and science, in addition to physical education and Islam studies. Medina Acadmey also has a campus in Bellevue for preschool-age children.
Cascadia Montessori enrolls students in pre-kindergarten through fourth grade. In addition to a core curriculum of reading, math, spelling and language arts, Cascadia also offers instruction in cultural subjects, physical education and other areas. Before- and after-care is available.
Redmond Junior High School is a public school within the Lake Washington School District. The school offers several extracurricular activities including athletics and music programs. Advanced students have the option of taking several classes at Redmond High School, located half a mile away.
