Mission Valley Regional Occupational Program provides career training in business, medical and technical careers. Located in Fremont, Calif., the program has a partnership with the Newark Unified School Districts. It serves more than 5,000 students of adult and high school through educational programs. The program offers business and medical academy certificate programs, including office support, medical assisting, administrative support, accounting specialist and computer graphics design. It also provides certificate programs in auto body and major collision repair, auto tech, construction, fashion, fire services, interior design and welding. The program offers courses in several fields, such as agriculture and natural resources, arts, media and entertainment technology, business and finance, health science, information technology and public service.
