Y-Tech Vocational Center provides a wide range of vocational training programs and is located in Richmond, Va. It provides various courses to students, such as automotive servicing, information technology fundamentals, barbering, cosmetology and home health care. It also offers courses in women s enrichment, office installation, and radio and music communications. It provides various student services, including career and trade exploration, employment assistance, tutoring and general educational development support. The center provides educational assistance programs in conjunction with the city of Richmond and the Richmond Public Schools. Y-Tech Vocational Center is a part of the New Y-CAPP that offers residential, vocational and personal development enhancement programs to young men and women.
